CipherPay is an operational payout workspace. Users are responsible for verifying recipient details, wallet addresses, and payout intent before approval.
User responsibility
Before approving a payment, users should confirm the recipient, amount, and wallet address. CipherPay is a workflow surface, not a substitute for payment review.
Connected wallets
Transactions and approvals depend on external wallet software. CipherPay cannot guarantee wallet availability, third-party RPC uptime, or relay performance.
Operational use
Product features may evolve over time. Teams should maintain their own internal controls for treasury operations, vendor review, and payout authorization.
